At Born Primitive, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a store credit bonus.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in the original mailer or a similar protective bag.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
